Federal Circuit Judicial Conference

The Judicial Conference of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will be held on Thusday, 15 May 2008 at the Grand Hyatt in Wanshington D.C. The cost is $275 and you can register online.
The morning session consists of short remarks from Chief Judge Paul Michael; Jan Horbaly, Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court; and James Amend, Chief Circuit Mediator, followed by two panels focusing on "Litigation Today":
