ITC Spat Between InterDigital and Nokia Enjoined

InterDigital has appeal Judge Deborah Batt’s decision to grant Nokia’s preliminary injunction related to a dispute over several patents before the ITC. The facts of this case are few and far between.  The Court, however, enjoined InterDigital’s ITC action and required the parties to arbitrate their dispute under 9 U.S.C. §4. InterDigital has also moved to dismiss Nokia’s alternative claim for a declaration that the "Asserted Patents were developed under the TDD Project and that Nokia and its Affiliates are licensed to the same."  Updates to follow, hopefully.
